Chris Brown is back having reached Number 1 UK Itunes! Number 1 Switzerland iTunes! plus one million views for #FineChina video in less than 24 hours? Amazing!!!! Both Chris Brown and Rihanna currently holds VEVO Top 1 and 2 spots.
Although Chris Brown is not a Reggae or Dancehall artiste to which this web magazine place most emphasis, his recent comeback after the release of new single #FineChina, is possibly the most common topic of discussion in the music industry at this time. Apart from not dodging questions having to do with his relationship with Rihanna (now Britain’s new Most Influential Pop Star) in a slew of interviews across radio stations to promote his new single, the RnB Star has lived up to expectation by dropping a throwback single of sorts that he promised would be different. According to Chris Brown on The Boom Box, “the old school inspiration that I had growing up,” explaining his sonic approach. “Sam Cooke, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder…This album, honestly, I tried to stay away from anything I was listening to on the radio and I tried not to follow anybody’s footsteps.“
Fine China has brought back memories of what old school RnB once was, great vocals, rhythms, dance moves and dance moves in a video that captures the essence of what Michael Jackson and Stevie Wondeall the above directed by Chris Brown. in more waby the likes of Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder

a taste of his new album X, due later this year, with a new video for first single “Fine China.” In the clip, Brown faces an age-old cultural conflict when the stern Asian father of the woman he loves forbids their relationship. She leaves anyway, and Brown whisks her away to a club for a night out, but later has a showdown in a dark alley with his lover’s father and his gang.
Chris Brown also talk about how his experience after the 2009 incident between him and Rihanna changed him saying, “I’ve been humbled by the whole experience. From me losing everything, you know, to me having to regain public opinion or whatever it is – but most importantly, you know, knowing that what I did was totally wrong and having to kind of deal with myself and kind of forgive myself in the same breath and being able to apologize to, you know, Rihanna and be that man that can be who is a man, you know?”
The RnB Star’s determination to get back into the game and to be on top speaks volume of how one can beat the odds. This is a motivational story other artistes who has been discouraged or been through the ringer can use as example to reach their goal. Artistes are said to be some of the most persistent human beings and like Chris Brown, the ones who are fearless usually see their dream come through even though they suffer the most.
